Enjoy the photos below from the 2010 AB Men Annual Fall Dinner
There were around 90 men and women from American Baptist Churches of MDA that attend the 8th Annual Fall Dinner. The men pass along our thanks to Pastor Bill Walker and First Baptist of Detroit for the use of their fellowship hall. We all had a wonderful evening of fellowship, good food, and some great entertainment. The national known Covenant Players performed some great drama skits, that encouraged us all in being more involved in our relationship with the Lord, and in our churches. Brenda Johnson, sister of Rev. Ron Burks and Mr. Terry Mathews of First Baptist Detroit shared their wonderful talents of music with us. Our thanks as well go out to them.
There were special baskets on the table for anyone that wanted to make a donation to help ABMEN in a project that we have taken on in Detroit with a local hopeful Community Center. The offering was generous and very helpful. On behalf of ABMEN of Metro Detroit, we Thank all that came out.
